Meet Jaclyn — Offering support for women who are tired of doing it all and pretending it’s fine.

Midlife has a funny way of calling you out.
Not in a crisis-y way — more like a “Hey… something isn’t working anymore, and you know it” kind of way.

You’ve been powering through, doing all the things, keeping the wheels turning, and carrying the mental load for so long that slowing down feels… weird.
But also kind of necessary. (And if we’re being honest — long overdue.)

You’re not looking to fall apart. You’re looking to come back to yourself.
And that’s exactly what I help women do.

Therapy with me means less overwhelm. More you.

A little about how I work

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania and North Carolina, and I’ve spent the last decade or so sitting with women who are trying to hold everything together while quietly wondering, “Why does this still feel so hard?”

I understand the pressures of midlife personally too — the shifting roles, the changing hormones, the invisible labor, the identity questions that show up out of nowhere. Midlife is beautiful, complicated, and humbling. I get it, because I’m in it with you.

I’m a warm, straightforward therapist. Not the “smile and nod while you talk in circles” type.
We keep it real.
We get curious.
We laugh when it’s needed and go deep when it matters.

My goal isn’t to turn you into a new version of yourself.
It’s to help you reconnect with the you that’s been buried under decades of doing, caring, and performing.

A little about my background

Before private practice, I worked in healthcare and social services, supporting people through crisis, loss, and major life transitions. Those years taught me how much women carry — emotionally, mentally, and physically — often without asking for help.

What I bring to therapy now is a mix of steadiness, insight, and real-world compassion.
I help women pause long enough to hear themselves, understand what’s not working, and make changes that feel manageable — not overwhelming.

Outside the therapy room

When I’m not with clients, I’m usually spending time with my family, wandering into new coffee shops, or soaking up some fresh air whenever I can. I’m a big believer in the small grounding moments — the quiet car ride, the solo walk, the “just give me one minute” pauses that help life feel a little more doable.

Like you, I’m navigating midlife in real time — figuring out what stays, what goes, and what actually creates calm instead of chaos. Some days I nail it; other days it’s a juggling act.

In therapy, it’s the same — a place where you can show up real, messy, hopeful, tired, curious… whatever you’ve got that day.

You don’t need a perfect plan or a whole life overhaul.
You just need a space to slow down, be honest, and find your way back to yourself.

If you’re ready to feel more grounded, more connected, and more like you again — I’m here.
